About Project:

We are going to start project Reviving Roots: Integrated Soil and Water Conservation for Climate Resilient Livelihoods in Sonbhadra, from February 2026 onwards for 3 years with support of TATA Trust. The project focused on increased livelihood through water shed based climate resilient agriculture practices. Trained farmers groups will adopt climate resilient practices and ensure increased income.

Jobs:

Project Manager, Agriculture Expert, MIS & Accountant.

1). Project Manager:

Qualification & Expenditure:

 Motivated individuals with Masters in Social Work /Rural Management/Agriculture/Water Resources or Engineering in Agriculture or Civil.

 Experience of more than 3 years working in rural community development Projects.

 Command in Reporting in Hindi & English languages & computer proficiency.

 Interest & Communication skills to mobilize farmers adopting climate resilient agriculture practices.

 Ready to reside in rural area 15 days and more field trend and believes in equality.

 Ready to learn from community knowledge about rural challenges and different opportunities under different Programme and government scheme understand Gandhian approach towards life constructive programme.

 Remuneration will be between Rs. 35,000.00-40,000.00.

2). Agriculture Expert:

 Motivated individual with masters in Agriculture/B.Tech in Agriculture.

 Experience of work more than 3 years in Agriculture promotion or watershed management.

 Interest in developing climate resilient agriculture practices in reference of local area situation.

 Ready to reside in rural area and 20 days field level supportive supervision.

 Remuneration between Rs. Rs. 35,000.00 – 40,000.00.

3). MIS Training Coordinator:

 Computer proficiency with 2 year’s experience in data analysis, Reporting and documentation.

 Communication skills in Hindi English organize program.

 Ready to reside in rural area and believes in equality, simple living, team work.

 Remuneration will be between Rs. 15,000.00 – 20,000.00.

4). Accountant:

 Motivated individual with bachelor’s in commerce

 Experience more that 2 years of accounting maintaining all supportive documents, finance reporting.

 Proficiency in tally software.

 Ready to resilient at office in Rural area believes in equality, team work and transparency.

 Remuneration between Rs. 15,000.00 – 20,000.00
