1). Project Manager for soil & water conservation:
Reviving Roots: Integrated Soil and Water Conservation for Climate Resilient Livelihoods project in Sonbhadra, has started from February 2026 onwards for 3 years with support of TATA Trust. The project focused on increased livelihood through water shed based climate resilient agriculture practices. Trained farmers groups will adopt climate resilient practices and ensure increased income.
Qualification :
Motivated individuals with Masters in Social Work /Rural Management/Agriculture/Water Resources or Engineering in Agriculture or Civil or
undergraduate degree with experience of more than 5 years in watershed projects.
Experience of more than 3 years working in rural community development Projects.
Command in Reporting in Hindi & English languages & computer proficiency.
Interest & Communication skills to mobilize farmers adopting climate resilient agriculture practices.
Ready to reside in rural area 10 days and more in field with basic facilities.
Ready to learn from community knowledge about rural challenges and different opportunities under different Programme and government scheme understand Gandhian approach towards life constructive programme.
Remuneration will be between Rs. 35,000.00-40,000
2). Project coordinator for vocational training
Motivated individual with master’s degree and at least 2-year experience or undergraduate degree with minimum 5-year experience.
Experience of working with community and in rural area.
Ability to teach English to school children and youth.
Coordinate among trainers, learners and existing staff, to organize training according to the need of rural youths and school children.
Ready to reside in rural area and 7 days field level supportive supervision.
Remuneration between Rs. Rs. 15,000.00 – 20,000.00.
3). Education Facilitator:
Banwasi Sewa Ashram has four schools, with more than 20 teachers and around 700 students. Out of them more than 75% are from SC and ST category.
We are looking for individuals or couples who are passionate about education, to facilitate our education program. People who can integrate Nai Talim and New education policy, to our schools in innovative ways.
Qualification:
Masters degree with 2 years experience or undergraduate degree with 5 years experience in education sector.
Communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer skills : ablity to use MS office and Internet.
Ready to reside in rural area with basic facility and believes in equality, simple living, team work.
Remuneration will be according to qualification.
4. Teacher
We are looking for passionate teachers, especially for our remote location at Faripan and Bakuliya, which is around 40Km from our central office at Govindpur. Teacher who is also willing to reside at school campus will be given preference.
Masters degree or undergraduate degree with two years of experience in teaching.
Ability to teach multiple subjects till 8th grade and one subject proficiency till 10th grade.
Communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer skills : ablity to use MS office and Internet.
Remuneration will be according to qualification.
5. Art Practitioner (Theatre, Painting, Sketching, Music, Dance)
We are looking for art Practitioner who can give 6 days in a month, four times in a year to teach their subject to youths and school children.
Practitioner who can develop different modules for different age group and engage for minimum of one year, four months, with total of 24 days in a year.
Remuneration will be according to experience.
